Process

The Ossberger cleaning technology allows cleaning of larger workpieces as e.g. rotor shafts, soiled with fibers and dried cooling lubricants, with a pick-and-place solution with robot loading, within 25 seconds.

Result

Workpieces, oily preserved, with particle sizes < 600 µm and particle quantities < 3mg, suitable for follow-up processes as e.g. mounting. Additional advantages compared to oil spraying due to complete rinsing of the workpieces with the preservation medium coupled with more efficient particle removal.
